Week 1

  高興 gāoxìng - happy; pleased
  小姐 xiǎojiě - Miss; young lady
  先生 xiānshēng - Mr., sir, husband
  您貴姓？ guì xìng: what is your family name?
  認識 rènshi - know, understand, to be acquainted with (people), cognition (v./n.)
  我的 wǒ de - my; mine
  名字 míngzi - name

Week 2

買 mǎi -- to buy
電腦 diànnǎo -- computer
賣 mài - to sell
一台/一檯 yì tái -- (measure word) one; (used with "computer, tv, camera, fan, washing machine, xerox machine, blender, oven, boombox, etc..." type in the words "一台" in google image and you'll see more ex: 一台車 / 一輛車 一台車(one car) is an extremely common use in TW, but it's actually converting Taiwanese into Mandarin; the educationally correct measure word for car would be 一輛yí liàng, as you can see the radical "車" in the character
用 yòng -- v. to use
拿起 ná qǐ v. to pick up, to lift up (+something)

Lesson 64: 送行 sòng xíng -- sending someone off

一眨眼 yī zhǎ yǎn  adv. in a twinkling of an eye (meaning very short period of time)
流利 liú lì a. fluently (speaking, or writing)
好像 hǎo xiàng adv. as if; looks-like; alike
忍不住 rěn bú zhù adv. can't stop wanting to + v./ can't stop but feeling + adj.
Ex: 送行時他忍不住地難過了起來。sòngxíngshí tā rěnbúzhù de nánguò le qǐ lái
收穫 shōu hù n. a harvest
難過 nán guò a. sad
箱子 xiāng zǐ n. suitcase, trunk, box

表姐(表妹) biǎo jiě (biǎomèi) n. older(younger) female cousin whose surname is different from mine
堂弟 táng dì n. younger male cousin who carries the same surname as mine
複雜 fú zá adj. complicated
親屬 qīn shǔ n. relatives
說明 shuō míng v. to explain
兒子 ér zǐ n. son
團聚 tuán jǜ n. gathering / reunion
sb.比我大 (小) bǐ wǒ dà (xiǎo) sb. is older than I (Younger than I)
